Repairs, rebuilds, and focused outdoor builds. Railings, stairs, and the connections back to the house. We price for Missouri weather, not a catalog photo.
Opening walls and room guts
Taking a kitchen or bath to the studs, confirming what is load-bearing, and coordinating the trades so the room comes back together.
Drywall, paint, and finish work
Patches that disappear, whole rooms hung and finished, trim and paint that match the rest of the house.
Fixtures, doors, and punch lists
The list of small things a house collects. Faucets, doors, hardware, caulk, and the items a previous crew left undone.
Licensed GC work around the remodel
KM Contracting is a licensed general contractor. The kitchen and bath pages cover those rooms. This page is the work that sits next to them, and the smaller jobs that never seem to get a callback.
We look at every addition and structural job before we take it. A small addition or bump-out is extra square footage on an existing house, not a second story and not a custom home. If the job needs an architect, a long permit path, or a crew KM does not run, we tell you that on the first call instead of stretching the estimate.
