What a KM kitchen remodel covers
Layout changes
Opening a wall to the dining room, moving the sink to the window, or building an island people can actually sit at. We inspect what is load-bearing, tell you what still needs an answer, and lock the scope before demolition.
Cabinetry and finishes
We plan the boxes, counters, hardware, lighting, and backsplash as one room. If a millwork shop is the right source for the boxes, we say so up front instead of dressing stock cabinets up as something they are not.
A full remodel, same footprint
The existing kitchen taken down and rebuilt in place. Flooring, walls, electrical, plumbing rough-in, and the finish package. It is not a new wing and it is not a custom home.
When the job grows past the room
Additions and structural work outside the kitchen belong on the general contracting page. We tell you on the first call which page your project is on.

What Drives the Cost of a Kitchen Remodel
Cabinet source, layout changes, and what is behind the walls move the number more than finishes do. The guide walks through each one so you can plan before you call anyone.
